PSA: Winter running looks lovely in places that are only -10 (that’s 14, Murrica) but it’s cold here. Like really cold.
We are the the 6 year old meat at the bottom of your basement freezer burnt cold. Now remove trees and add wind and some driving snow.
The fanciest gear, the right layers, they don’t matter here. If you can find a way to stuff pillows into ski pants and then wrap that in garbage bags and create forward movement, I’ll buy that please. If there is a snorkel tube to breathe out through 8 layers of balaclavas, sign me up.
Spend your money on a winter vacation, not fleece lined leggings. Invest in hot chocolate. Eat more chips. You’re gonna need that insulation. #fitspo #saskatooning #only5morewintermonths #itsadrycold
